8. Right of withdrawal, refund and return of spare parts

8.1 Cancellation and Refund

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

After cancellation, we will refund all payments within 14 days using the same payment method.

Services already rendered will be billed proportionally.

8.2 Return of spare parts

The following conditions apply additionally to the return of spare parts. The spare parts catalog (ETK) refers to these General Terms and Conditions regarding returns, refunds, and credit notes.

8.2.1 Withdrawal period

Spare parts will only be accepted for return within 30 days of the invoice date. The invoice date is decisive.

8.2.2 Exclusion from return

The following are excluded from returns:

a) Spare parts that are marked as “non-returnable” or similar,
b) electronic parts where the original seal is broken or damaged.

8.2.3 Buyer's obligations in case of return

a) A copy of the invoice must be included with the return shipment.
b) Returns must be sent freight prepaid to our specified address. Any freight costs are borne by the buyer.

8.2.4 Handling fee

For restocking, we charge a handling fee of 20% of the net invoice price of the returned goods. This fee will be credited against the refund.

The credit note will be issued after deduction of the handling fee and any charges for missing or damaged parts. Cash payment is not possible.

8.2.5 Return policy for business customers

There is no general right of withdrawal for business customers. Business customers can only return goods under the conditions specified in section 8.2.

9. Idea submissions
