Electrician / Electronics Technician (m/f/d)

Warehouse specialist (m/f/d)
In addition to attending vocational school once or twice a week, our warehouse logistics trainees rotate through all indirect areas of our production that are related to warehousing, shipping and logistics.
How long does the education last?

Every year at the end of the school year, you will have an annual review with your commercial training manager. If everything is satisfactory at the end of your apprenticeship, you will be offered a permanent position.

Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)
Our warehouse logistics trainees go through all indirect areas of our production that are related to warehousing, shipping and logistics.
How long does the education last?
- 3 years
Technical training workshop
All our trainees complete a rotation in our technical training workshop during their apprenticeship. For 2 to 4 weeks, you'll gain insight into the world of stainless steel and toolmaking.

Mentors & JAV
Your mentors from the next higher year of apprenticeship will show you the ropes. The youth and trainee representatives are there if you need someone you trust who is your age, or if there's something to organize.

Our commercial trainees rotate through all areas of the company. The focus is, of course, on commercial training content.
How long does the education last?
- Industrial clerk: 3 years
- With additional qualification in International Business Management with foreign languages: 2,5 years for high school graduates

Construction mechanic (f/m/d)
In your first year of apprenticeship, you will start with the basic metalworking course. After that, you will gradually learn about PALUX production.
How long does the education last?
- 3,5 years
Basic course in metalworking
You will learn typical machining methods such as turning, milling, drilling and grinding, and you will be allowed to take on smaller production orders.
Inter-company training
At the UFZ in Niederstetten you will receive additional instruction, for example in electropneumatics and hydraulics, CAD in SolidWorks and a welding course.
What do structural mechanics do at PALUX?
- Laser cutting and punching

- Bending and TIG welding of sheet metal
- Spot welding, soldering and welding
- Special construction in the manufacture of stove systems
- Outdoor installation directly at our customers' premises
