Architektur International II-2020: Rulantica at Europa-Park – kitchen planning and concept by PALUX
In issue II-2020, the specialised German magazine "Architektur International" (Architecture International) extensively focuses on the new prestige object “Rulantica” at Europa-Park. The new themed area with the fascinating water park and the associated Hotel Kronasar was opened at the end of November 2019 after many years of planning and construction.
The pleasing thing about it: PALUX was responsible for the planning of the large-scale catering kitchen as well as for the creation of the gastronomic concept for this project. The focus was not on the equipment with our kitchen technology, but on the planning and conceptional services from PALUX.
The cooperation with the specialist planner responsible for the entire project, pbr Planungsbüro Rohling AG from Osnabrück (Germany), was always trouble-free, reliable and extremely trustworthy.
