Excellent kitchen from PALUX at “Rosins Restaurants”
The well-known German TV show "Rosins Restaurants" has started the new season on 23.07.2020 on the channel Kabel eins. In the first episode, a well-equipped kitchen from the PALUX Topline Twin-Go series and other appliances were on show in the „Königliches Brauhaus“ (royal brewery) in Boppard, Rhineland-Palatinate.
The famous two-star chef Frank Rosin was also enthusiastic about the kitchen equipment and was deeply impressed:
"This [...] is a Champions League kitchen."
In a total of 11 years since the TV show "Rosin's Restaurants" was launched, he had never seen such possibilities before – his opinion of the kitchen:
"This is just perfect!"
In times of the COVID-19 pandemic not only the restaurateurs in Germany have to struggle with the consequences of the lockdown and the related restrictions. The motivation of the young restaurateur and owner Özay Salim, who is an inspiring role model in terms of personal commitment and human leadership, was therefore particularly impressive in the new episode.
