Open PALUX kitchen in the „Bierhimmel“ (beer heaven) in Zwiefalten

In the afternoon of April 21st 2017, the festive opening of the „Bierhimmel“(Beer heaven) in Zwiefalten took place. During the project of the Zwiefalter Klosterbrauerei (monastery brewery of Zwiefalten), a lovely beer garden had been equipped. This former monastery pharmacy consists of a show brewery with a small yard shop.

20th Sterne-Cup for Star Chefs and 9th Gastronomy Ski World Cup in Ischgl: PALUX once again provides show kitchen at 2,320 meters

Once again, the Sterne-Cup for Star Chefs and the Gastronomy Ski World Cup took place in Ischgl in the beginning of April. The prestigious Star-Cup celebrated its 20th anniversary and attracted 64 starred cooks from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and South Tyrol with more than 50 Michelin Stars and over 600 Gault Millau points to the Idalp.

Cooking with the Rotary junior staff leaders in our practice forum

The Rotary Clubs in Bad Mergentheim, Tauberbischofsheim and Wertheim participated in a team building weekend workshop regarding the topic team-building in the Bundschuh hotel in Bad Mergentheim. All together, 31 junior staff members from different sectors were part of this training according to the slogan “Succeeding within the team”.
