The new PALUX X-Line kitchen line as well as table-top units from the PALUX Cook'n Roll and BistroLine series for traditional and new catering concepts are the highlights of the commercial kitchen manufacturer at the INTERNORGA 2022 in Hamburg. In addition to its concept solutions, PALUX will be presenting high-quality kitchen technology, which can be seen live, among other things, during the presentations by PALUX chefs at the trade fair booth. On the outdoor area Booth B7.FG.04, “star cuisine on the road” can also be seen: For the new food truck of star chef Maximilian Lorenz, PALUX has customised a kitchen with tech-nology of the highest quality - everything from a single source from planning support to installation.
