Successful INTERNORGA 2022 for PALUX
Fair highlights: Foodtruck live and budget-oriented PALUX X-Line
The PALUX X-Line brings a new style to the professional kitchen: The budget-oriented kitchen line was the much-noticed centrepiece of PALUX's stand at INTERNORGA 2022. Its competence as a complete solution provider and concepts for pop-up locations were further trade fair themes of the commercial kitchen manufacturer. The Foodtruck by Maximilian Lorenz, which PALUX equipped with high-quality, customised kitchen technology in a very small space, also celebrated its trade fair premiere.
With INTERNORGA 2022, PALUX has finally ended its fair-less dry spell. The trend that had already become apparent at the 2021 trade fairs was confirmed in Hamburg: "We very much enjoyed meeting our customers and partners again, finally in their presence. Overall, we welcomed fewer visitors, especially international visitors, to our stand. The individual discussions were all the more intensive and valuable for us, also in terms of business transactions," is the assessment of Torsten Hehner, member of the PALUX AG Management Board.
PALUX: Complete solution for every kitchen concept
In numerous discussions, the trade fair team provided information about the PALUX complete solutions for every professional kitchen - planning, production, installation, training and aftersales from large banquet kitchens and ghost kitchen concepts to small bistros and cafés. PALUX had brought its Cook'n Roll, CompactLine and Bis-troLine series to Hamburg especially for pop-up gastronomy. The modular components can be used in a variety of ways as built-in modules or table-top units - flexible kitchen technology for traditional gastronomy concepts as well as for creative and frequently changing ideas.
Variable, stylish and budget-oriented – PALUX X-Line
PALUX is responding to changing market conditions with the X-Line kitchen line. The new series stands for variability, style and budget orientation: It takes the user's needs into account and offers him maximum flexibility in the equipment, for example in the heights and depths of the units as well as the numerous substructure options in standard and H2 hygiene versions. All thermal components are available as built-in modules with a continuous, seamless surface. Several appliances can also be welded into the tabletop made of chrome-nickel steel. The kitchen becomes particularly stylish and individual with optional LED lighting and different colours for the front panels as well as different versions of handrails and knobs, for example in a modern brass look. It is aimed at cost-sensitive investors and newcomers with a manageable budget who nevertheless attach importance to design and high-quality technology.
"Star cuisine on the road" in the Foodtruck
For the first time, INTERNORGA visitors experienced the new Foodtruck by Maximilian Lorenz live in action at a trade fair. The Cologne star chef has fulfilled a dream with his kitchen on wheels: Independent of electricity, gas and water connections, he can conjure up classic street food in his food truck "somewhere in the middle of nowhere", but also high-quality menus at star level. PALUX supplied the appropriate kitchen technology for this, from planning support to installation. With appliances from the PALUX BistroLine, stainless steel furniture from the PALUX Ecoline and a Touch 'n' Steam combi steamer, the commercial kitchen manufacturer has customised the star kitchen in the smallest of spaces.
