The PALUX BlastChiller BC 4011 QL Comfort for 2x 20x 2/1 GN-containers crosswise insertion is perfectly suited for loading with 2 completely equipped tray trolleys from the PALUX Touch 'n' Steam 2011 L model series and the PALUX Menu Master PM 114. The Comfort equipment of the shock freezer allows the storage of own cooling and freezing processes as well as the automatic readout of HACCP data via USB port.
