The menu at KAFTAN keeps the traditional elements of Ottoman and Turkish cuisine alive, while creating a contemporary cuisine and fusion representation for the modern clientele in Dubai. The restaurant is dedicated to perfection, and not just in its kitchen techniques. As such, it offers guests an overall experience that includes fancy delicacies, a grand ambience with a blend of contemporary KAFTAN art, minimalist and spacious interior design, an exquisite service approach and much more.

In addition to its branch at the Burj Al Arab, the multi-award winning Kaftan restaurant is now offering its Turkish delicacies at La Mer beach. Known for its renowned food and all-day breakfast menu, the restaurant also serves premium drinks.

The restaurant is equipped with one of our customised, seamless PALUX Maître cooking blocks. This centrepiece of the kitchen is equipped with three PALUX 4-burner gas cookers, a gas glow stone grill, two double basin fryers and a 400 frying plate. The kitchen spectacle is rounded off with a PALUX Salamander VarioLift and the multifunctional combi steamer PALUX Touch 'n' Steam 1011 SL. After installation in January 2018, the renowned restaurant was opened in March 2018 and offers guests both great ambience and culinary delights of Turkish and Ottoman cuisine.
