PALUX was involved in rebuilding the new restaurant kitchen because one has decided on the PALUX Topline series while planning the event kitchen many years ago. It quickly became clear that the PALUX Maître, a seamless range, will be the heart of the new kitchen. Nevertheless it was important to consider individual wishes concerning the working processes, the equipment technology as well as the design of the open kitchen.
