The Restaurant 360° accommodates 80 guests. The meals are prepared with a new PALUX Topline Twin-Go kitchen, supplemented by 2 PALUX Touch 'n' Steam SL. The guests have the opportunity to watch the action in the kitchen through three windows. In his cooking school, Alexander Hohlwein gives interested guests and hobby cooks an insight into the kitchen processes of Restaurant 360°.
