The TROYKA restaurant is located in Neu-Immerath near Erkelenz. "TROYKA" from the russian for threesome is composed of the three business partners Marcel Kokot (chef), Ronny Schreiber (sommelier) and Alexander Wulf (head chef). Previously an interim solution in a kitchen studio, the company now has its own new building. The groundbreaking ceremony took place at the end of January 2021 and the topping-out ceremony was held in mid-June.

TROYKA is a counter design to the well-known star and gourmet restaurant. The new building is completely digitalized and has a relaxed and modern atmosphere which is intended to convey a visit to good friends. Integrated are a "Smart Restaurant" with open complete kitchen (installation August 2021) and an upstream "Chef´s Table", a wine cellar in the restaurant and a "Club Kitchen". Sensual, culinary and cross-border taste worlds will be offered. A "Creative Russian Crossover Cuisine with love from Erkelenz" and ingredients from regional suppliers.

The restaurant offers at 400 m² a total of 50 seats in the bistro and á-la-carte business.
The banquet business comes up with 20 seats. The restaurant has a multi-course menu as basic concept, consisting of three or five courses. Catering is also offered. The building has been optimized so that the team can serve more guests with the same staff. In one day, up to 400 meals are served.

The kitchen is equipped with the PALUX FunctionLine. As a modular product line with the greatest variety of applications this ensures energy-saving, ergonomic and functional technology. In addition this product line is sustainable, safe and easy to use. There is the option to combine with the already installed furniture of the PALUX Ecoline. This product series againrum offers numerous equipment variants, be it thermal bridges, upper or lower cabinets. The PALUX Maître stove block is the heart of the kitchen. With the highest user benefits this leaves nothing to be desired. The PALUX Salamander, an appliance for gratinating and keeping food warm, rounds off the kitchen.

Marcel Kokot, a trained chef, worked as "Demi Chef de Partie" and "Sous Chef" in various star kitchens, developing his cooking skills. On these occasions he got to know Ronny Schreiber and Alexander Wulf. Alexander Wulf, invited to many cooking duels and TV shows, was able to shine as a TV chef on WDR and as a participant in "Das Perfekte Dinner" (2018), "ready to beef" (2018) or "Kitchen Impossible" (2021). Ronny Schreiber received a scholarship from the Sommelier College as a particularly talented sommelier. This year, the TROYKA chefs won in the well-known cooking show "Mein Lokal, Dein Lokal".

Already in 2018, they took over a joint restaurant and managed to get the Michelin star. Attached to the new restaurant is the goal of regaining the star.
