FCSI offers professional consulting and planning in all areas of the hotel industry, the hospitality industry and large-scale catering – in German-speaking countries and worldwide. Good training, many years of practical experience and continuous further training are the foundation for professional FCSI consultants and planners.

Manufacturers of commercial kitchen equipment and domestic heating and cooking appliances are organized in HKI industrial association of House, Heating and Kitchen Technology. Both manufacturer groups are organized in separate associations which are subdivided into device-specific departments.

The Leaders Club is a network of gastronomy enthusiasts and companies that was founded in 2001 and acts as an impulse generator and mouthpiece for the future with training courses, trend tours and competitions. The network of restaurateurs, consultants and producers connects innovative, courageous visionaries with experienced doers who are on fire for our industry.

The "Euro-Toques Germany" association is committed to the preservation of natural food production on a broad scale. The aim is to support traditional artisan producers, to promote quality products, to preserve the culinary traditions of Europe and to ensure the responsible use of food by the associated chefs.

The German Hotel and Catering Association (DEHOGA) is the association for the hospitality industry and represents their interests in politics: it opposes bureaucracy, unfair taxes and high fees. We support the following regional DEHOGA associations:

The Association of German Chefs (VDK) is the largest community of chefs in Germany. The association has the task of representing national and international interests of the profession, promoting traditional and future-oriented culinary art and offering measures for training and further education for everyone.

The association of "Maîtres Cuisiniers de France" has set itself the task of preserving and disseminating the French culinary art, promoting the learning of cooking and supporting professional development.

MAFSI is a non-profit association in North America that supports manufacturers and representatives of the foodservice industry as they bring new products and lines to market.

The aim of the Institute of Culinary Art is to further qualify and promote the existing staff with innovative training programmes at all levels, to prepare junior staff specifically for new professional challenges and to effectively counteract the predicted shortage of specialists and managers.

With "Job.verliebt" (job-loving), the ICA offers the industry an innovative, online-based platform on which catering companies present themselves as employers. With the aim of attracting as many companies as possible, it is their intention to show the industry with its outstanding characteristics, perspectives and possibilities.

In June 1966, chefs based or active in the Main-Tauber district came together to represent their interests, promote young talent and cultivate traditions. But also the exchange of experiences and the sociability should not come too briefly - and this has not changed until today!

Since 2012, the "Nacht der Sterne" (Night of the Stars) has been held as part of the Intergastra trade fair in Stuttgart. Michelin-star-winning chefs and Austrian top chefs will – among other things – meet at the AHGZ's top-class event for the award of the Hornstein Ranking.
