Laurentius in Weikersheim
Mr. Koch is the owner of the Hotel Laurentius, which is located in the middle of the beautiful old town of Weikersheim. As in the entire catering industry, the Covid-19 pandemic did not leave his business unscathed.
After the renewed lockdown in the fall, the Koch family took advantage of the support offered by the state to invest in the future in the form of a new kitchen block from PALUX Aktiengesellschaft. This was jointly planned according to his ideas and recently fits perfectly into the kitchen. The reasons for choosing a kitchen from PALUX were obvious to him. As with his ingredients, attention is also paid to the region and origin of the products in his kitchen and so, according to Jürgen Koch,
"[...] a chic, new cooking block"
was created. From planning to production by PALUX, everything went smoothly and quickly.
The motto is looking forward
He sees the future of gastronomy with mixed feelings. The shortage of skilled workers cannot be dismissed out of hand and businesses will have to reposition themselves. However, Mr. Koch is confident and optimistic and hopes to soon return to the times before Covid-19.
