Year in Review and Annual Christmas Party 2017

At this year’s Christmas Party numerous employees have been honoured by Erhard Ikas (CEO of PALUX AG). In the presence of Edmund Brenner (Chairman of the board of PALUX AG) and mayor Udo Glatthaar numerous jubilees received honours for their longstanding employment at PALUX AG.

The annual Christmas Party of the GUSTATUS-Group took place on 15th December 2017 at the Erlenbachhalle in Igersheim. CEO Erhard Ikas welcomed all employees from PALUX, CSS and Servator and reported about the business activities in the past year and gave an outlook towards the upcoming year 2018.

For the first time together with Dr. Hilmar Rudloff, who was appointed to the Executive Board in March 2017, CEO Erhard Ikas welcomed the staff. The focus of this year's Christmas party was the honouring of employees for 10, 25 and 40 years of employment, as well as the retirement of three employees.

With a tremendous applause the CEOs Erhard Ikas and Dr. Hilmar Rudloff together with Edmund Brenner (Chairman of the boards) and Constanze Peterseim (Head of HR) congratulated all jubilees. Mr. Ikas emphasized that these employees have shared their know-how and experience with PALUX for many years and contributed to the companies’ successful development.

Mayor Udo Glatthaar also congratulated the jubilees and emphasized that PALUX AG is an important and long-established company not only for Bad Mergentheim but also for the entire region. He presented the honorary certificate of the Baden-Württemberg Minister-President Winfried Kretschmann for 40 years of loyalty to the company. At the end, Mr. Glatthaar wished the entire company and the more than 400 employees of the GUSTATUS-Group a peaceful Season Holidays and a healthy and successful year 2018.

The Chairman of the board of PALUX AG, Edmund Brenner, also joined in the congratulations and wishes in his speech and thanked all employees for their work and commitment in 2017. Afterwards, the most successful national sales managers of the year were subsequently honoured, Erhard Ikas emphasised the importance of successful sales, particularly pointing out that the export sales will be a key success factor in the near future.

The official part was completed by Erhard Ikas with a Christmas story that focused on the development of traditions and values. He thanked the entire staff for their efforts in 2017 and wished everyone happy Season Holidays and a healthy and prosperous year in 2018.

The solemn evening once again ended with the traditional raffle, which was well stocked with gifts as well as the pleasure of enjoying some regional wine specialities from the Markelsheim Winery.
