The 43rd BMW Berlin-Marathon took place on September 25th 2016 with approximately 40.000 participants. More than half of the runners came from abroad - amongst them PALUX BV from the Netherlands. The weather and temperatures were perfect for running a marathon. Bas and Arjan successfully reached the finish line.
The Ribhouse Texas was equipped with a new PALUX Maître. In this context a special training was held by the PALUX chef. The intensive application training involved the introduction to the appliances as well as the forwarding of special tips and tricks in how to best handle the PALUX Maître.
A Macedonian Delegation from the association of chefs 'Gastro Mac' visited the PALUX production facility in Bad Mergentheim. The participants of the two day training were impressed by the performance and power of the PALUX appliances. Not only did PALUX introduce the kitchen technology to the association of chefs 'Gastro Mac', but also different concept solutions to handle the daily challenges in the kitchen without hustle and bustle.
The kitchenparty at the restaurant 'Ente' was a very successful event. Owner Claudia Gebhard and her son Benjamin were very happy about their new PALUX FunctionLine kitchen. The kitchen party was organized and realized with PALUX. 60 invited guests enjoyed the flying buffet.
The Euro-Toques, an association of European cooks, met in July for a six course menu at the Country Inn 'Niebler' located in the rural district of Adelsdorf. Not only did this association celebrate their 30th anniversary but also the 20 year existence of the country inn. With the code of honor and also the name 'Euro' for Europe and 'Toques', the French word for culinary art, the Euro-Toques stands for the use of fresh and natural products and the application of traditional recipes. Our chef, Ralf B. Meneghini, participated in this event. He energetically helped preparing the menu as a representative of the PALUX Aktiengesellschaft. He was able to exchange a lot of interesting information with other chefs who participated at this event.
